With the intelligent “Smart Call” beer coaster, we have our finger on the pulse of the times, because dull cardboard beer coasters that merely served as coasters are a thing of the past. Together with the glass manufacturer RASTAL, we have developed the digital beverage order system. The SmartCall offers the restaurant industry an IoT solution for service optimization and sustainable customer loyalty.
The German Innovation Award honors products and solutions that stand out from previous solutions, especially in terms of user-centeredness and added value.
As part of the HK Systems Group, we developed the design and were responsible for the construction of all plastic parts. With our additive production system HP Multi Jet Fusion, a small series was realized for a quick market entry.
SmartCall is a joint development of the companies ROBIOTIC, RASTAL and Hoffmann + Krippner.
