The idea is quite simple!
By purchasing annual contingents of installation space at a fixed price, we offer our partners a good calculation basis for their production projects.
Our partners benefit from our good purchasing conditions for consumables and our know-how in parts design and high-quality parts production.
For you, there is no need for investments in additional production machines (processing station, printer, build units and blast machine); investments in the provision and training of human resources and the administrative effort required for the complete processing of production orders.
We produce your build units and parts according to your time specifications, advise you on optimizing part quality and ship your parts under your name from Frankfurt am Main. The data sovereignty of the provided production data remains with you and your customer. Of course, we assure you of this with a confidentiality agreement between us.
If you have gained enough experience in the production and development of additively manufactured parts after the contract expires, you can still make a purchase decision to buy your own machine and build up your own manufacturing resources. We will be happy to put you in touch with HP or the HP sales partner responsible for you.
Included in our service is the use of software for setting up design spaces and calculating part costs. You have access to the design know-how of our employees and the reliability of our production staff.
You will not incur any additional costs, such as for machine maintenance or insurance.
